THREE STREAMS. DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS.

Choose the material.
Then establish the fit.

ENVIROPYROFUEL recovers these materials through controlled waste-tyre pyrolysis in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Each stream needs its own specification and application review. Availability, lot properties, samples and supply terms are confirmed for each enquiry.

FORM LiquidENQUIRY Pyrolysis oil

01 / LIQUID RESOURCE

Pyrolysis oil

A liquid hydrocarbon stream recovered by cooling and condensing vapours from waste-tyre pyrolysis. Its composition and properties depend on the feedstock and process.

Where it may fit

Selected industrial heating and thermal applications, where the material meets the equipment owner’s requirements and applicable rules. Any proposed use needs a review of the actual lot, handling arrangements and burner compatibility.

What to review for your application

  • Water and sediment
  • Density and test temperature
  • Viscosity and test temperature
  • Flash point and handling data
  • Sulphur and ash
  • Calorific value and test basis

Treat these as parameters to request, not published product specifications. Your application may also need acidity, distillation, low-temperature or contaminant testing. Direct use as diesel or a substitute for another fuel must not be assumed.

FORM Carbon-rich solidENQUIRY Recovered carbon

02 / SOLID RESOURCE

Carbon-rich material

The carbon-rich solid residue recovered after tyre pyrolysis. Alongside carbonaceous material, it can contain mineral matter and residual volatile compounds.

Where it may fit

Further processing or selected material and fuel applications, subject to grade, testing and the buyer’s requirements. A proposed filler or other material use needs evaluation in the actual formulation or process.

What to review for your application

  • Moisture and ash
  • Volatile matter and carbon content
  • Particle size and distribution
  • Mineral and metal content
  • Surface properties, where relevant
  • Form, consistency and packaging

Recovered char and qualified recovered carbon black are different product descriptions. A rubber-grade designation or direct replacement for virgin carbon black requires separate processing evidence and application testing.

Discuss carbon-rich material

Conceptual material film. Wire form is illustrative.

FORM Recovered wireENQUIRY Steel wire

03 / METAL RESOURCE

Recovered steel wire

Steel reinforcement separated from processed tyres. Its form and cleanliness depend on the tyre mix and the recovery process.

Where it may fit

Metal recycling and downstream steel recovery, subject to the receiving buyer’s specification. Confirm whether the proposed wire form, remaining non-metal material and packing are suitable for the intended operation.

What to review for your application

  • Loose or compacted form
  • Wire dimensions and consistency
  • Rubber and carbon residue
  • Moisture and foreign material
  • Coatings or mixed wire types
  • Inspection and weighment basis

Agree the accepted condition, quantity basis and any deductions before dispatch. A sample or representative photos can support the discussion; the delivery should be assessed against the agreed lot description.

02 / AT A GLANCE

Match the questions
to the material.

Start with the intended use. The evidence needed for a liquid fuel application is different from a filler trial or a metal-recycling purchase.

03 / EVIDENCE BEFORE A DECISION

Understand the lot.
Understand the handling.

Ask which records are available for the proposed material. Match each document and sample to the lot under discussion.

LOT QUALITY / CoA

Certificate of analysis

A certificate of analysis records measured properties. Check that it identifies the material and lot, gives test methods and units, and separates measured results from specification limits.

  • Lot identity and sampling or test date
  • Results, units and test conditions
  • Laboratory identity and relevant methods
Read the CoA guide
HAZARDS & HANDLING / SDS

Safety data sheet

A safety data sheet describes hazards and handling information, including storage, exposure controls, emergency measures and transport information. It answers different questions from a quality report.

  • Correct product identity and current revision
  • Handling, storage and emergency information
  • Applicable transport and disposal information

A sample allows inspection or testing of the material supplied for evaluation. Agree how it represents the proposed lot and how later deliveries will be checked. A laboratory result alone does not establish performance in your equipment or formulation.

MAKE THE FIRST CONVERSATION USEFUL

Bring the requirement.
We can discuss the material.

A clear buying brief helps the team assess the product you need and the evidence required before a supply decision.

YOUR BUYING BRIEFPractical details, in a few lines
01 Product & use
Name the product and describe the equipment, process or application. Explain the specification or acceptance limits you need to meet.
02 Quantity & timing
Give the required quantity and unit, the target date, and whether this is a trial, one-off purchase or recurring requirement.
03 Evaluation
List the tests, documentation and sample quantity you want to discuss. State how you intend to judge suitability.
04 Delivery & packing
Share the destination, preferred material form or packing, and site access constraints. Collection, delivery and unloading responsibilities need agreement.
05 Commercial basis
Confirm the price and quantity basis, taxes and transport charges, payment terms, inspection arrangements and how any discrepancy will be handled.

04 / BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you
place an order.

The right answer depends on the material, its actual properties and your intended use.

Can I use pyrolysis oil directly in my equipment?

First assess the current lot’s properties and handling information against the equipment owner’s requirements and applicable rules. Burner compatibility, storage arrangements and any controlled trial should be agreed with qualified personnel. Direct substitution for an existing fuel must not be assumed.

Is the recovered solid the same as carbon black?

The product described here is carbon-rich recovered material. Ash, residual volatile matter, particle properties and processing history matter. Any claim to a rubber-grade carbon-black designation or equivalent performance needs separate qualification against the buyer’s specification.

Are specifications and test reports available?

Tell us which parameters and documents your application requires. The team can discuss what is available for the proposed lot and whether further testing is needed. This page does not publish fixed assay values or imply that every listed test has already been performed.

Can I request a sample before buying?

Include the product, proposed use, sample quantity and evaluation plan in your enquiry. Sample availability, preparation, charges and dispatch arrangements are confirmed with the team. Agree how the sample relates to the commercial lot.

What are your prices and minimum order quantities?

Prices and minimum quantities are discussed for the proposed product, lot and delivery arrangement. Share your required quantity, destination and timing so the team can discuss availability and quote terms.

Can you arrange delivery and documentation?

Provide the destination, quantity and preferred packing or receiving arrangement. Confirm transport responsibilities and applicable documentation for the actual material and shipment before dispatch. Supply and delivery are subject to agreed terms.

Does an SDS confirm product quality?

An SDS communicates hazards and handling information. A certificate of analysis records measured properties of an identified lot. Review both where relevant, along with the evidence needed for your own application.
